Orders & Shipping

Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs will apply according to your shipping address and will be added at checkout. We also run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

What's the shipping timeframe?

For orders stocked in one of our warehouses, they will take around 3-7 business days to arrive. For products that are coming from our international warehouses, it can take between 7-20 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live.

Our warehouses are strategically located in USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Dubai and Hong Kong, jesuspainting.art is able to cater to a vast range of customers across the world.

Our warehouses are stocked with a wide selection of products, however, in the event that the warehouse nearest to you is out of stock, we ship from our Hong Kong warehouse. This ensures that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner, regardless of their location.

Please also note that if your purchased item is on pre-order, it may take longer to arrive at your doorsteps due to an on-demand manufacturing timeline. Most pre-ordered products will take about 45 business days to ship.

Please understand that if we are back-ordered on production, we will get to your order in queue. Our products are in demand and we’re a small production team. We don’t cut corners on production quality.

What's the process for shipping and handling orders?

Our handling time usually takes about 1-2 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world. 

What are the shipping costs for this item?

We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders above $100 Any order below this amount will be charged a flat rate of $12.95.

How can I cancel my order?

As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel the order. There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs. These charges are not refunded to us if we process a cancellation.

Once production has started, it is not possible to cancel items that are made to order. This policy applies to a variety of our products. Our team is small and invests a significant amount of time and resources in producing and sourcing these items, making it difficult to cancel orders once production has commenced.

We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we’ll be able to do it.

If your order has been shipped, then you must follow our return policy in order to get refund once you receive your product. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!

First, double check your Spam/Junk mailbox and other email accounts. 

Can’t find it? don’t hesitate to reach out to us, as we may have the incorrect email on file. Please include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful.

How can I modify my order?

You will have within 12 hours after placing an order to modify your order.

To cancel an order, please contact our support team via Contact Us and include all the details of your order: order number, style, size, color, model and design then specify the item you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!

After this timeframe, the order is locked for processing and no information including product or shipping address details can be modified/cancelled.

How can I change my shipping address?

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact our support team via Contact Us as soon as possible so that we can make our best effort to request a shipping address change with our fulfillment center.

Please keep in mind, you can change the shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order.

Can I change my billing address?

The billing address cannot be changed once the order is put in. Please rest assured that as long as the shipping address is correct, the order will be delivered to you.

Discounts & Offers

What should I do if I had forgotten to enter my discount code?

If you had forgotten to apply a discount code that was offered to you, you can contact our Support team at [email protected] with the discount code mentioned clearly so that we can dive right in. Our team will respond to you promptly!

Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?

Discount codes don’t stack. If you already use the 10% discount, you will not be able to use another coupon at the same time. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.

Why has my discount code not been applied?

Some offers expire after a fleeting period so make sure the code is still valid by the time you order. If all is correct but it still doesn’t work, you can contact our Support team at [email protected] and submit the discount code as well as a screenshot photo which you think might be helpful for our investigation. Our team will respond to you promptly!

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy for your products?

Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs that are not refunded to us by PayPal, and stripe if we process a cancellation.

You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

jesuspainting.art does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.

Order Status

What's the status of my order?

All our products are made to order, and there are three steps before you get it: Order on Hold, Orders into Production and Delivery.

Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send a third email with your tracking information.

The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence, or by retrieving your tracking information.

If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.
